ALICIA VANDER KOOI
Vice President of Operations, U.S.
Alicia is responsible for providing
overall direction for all activities related to
operations, customer service and early collections.
Alicia has been with Concord Servicing Corporation
since early 2004. She started her career with
Concord in the position of Controller/Internal
Auditor.
Alicia came to Concord with
15 years financial management experience in industries
ranging from apparel manufacturing to charter
school loan origination and servicing.
Alicia earned a Bachelor of
Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration
from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. She
passed the CPA exam in the mid 90’s.
