- Search contracts by account numbers, names, or user-defined description fields.
- View and enter notes, allowing for customer service representative to maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all correspondence.
- Icon identifiers for related accounts, bankruptcy, default, bad addressees and pending payments.
- Review and print account histories, including transactions and notes.
- Update addresses and telephone numbers, and store additional contact information.
- Accept bank drafts and credit card payments from owners with real-time authorization available.
- Obtain account payoff quotes and update consumer’s history.
- Order replacement statements or coupon books.
- Order letters to be printed on site or bundled into bulk mailings at Concord
- Schedule and follow-up on departmental tasks.
Out-Source
Concord can answer our client’s incoming calls either as private label (client) or as Concord. We have the same capabilities available, as detailed above, to our customer service representatives to answer your consumer’s questions and take their payments.
Concord’s technology is fully supported by a Disaster Recovery Plan whether you are utilizing our technology to perform Customer Service or having Concord handle it. We also employ a multi-lingual and bi-cultural staff.
