Concord can answer our client’s incoming calls either as private label (client) or as Concord. We have the same capabilities available, as detailed above, to our customer service representatives to answer your consumer’s questions and take their payments.

Concord’s technology is fully supported by a Disaster Recovery Plan whether you are utilizing our technology to perform Customer Service or having Concord handle it. We also employ a multi-lingual and bi-cultural staff.
