FREDERICK G. PINK
Vice President and General Counsel
Fred's responsibilities include
the review and preparation of legal documents,
as well as providing counsel to Concord's operations
managers. He ensures compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations, including FDCPA and state
regulations pertaining to collections. His professional
experience was acquired in both the private and
public sectors with primary responsibilities in
commercial and corporate law and financial services.
Prior to joining Concord Servicing
in 1997, he served with the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation for seven years with responsibilities
related to the management, resolution and disposition
of the assets of failed financial institutions.
Most recently, Fred served as assistant regional
manager for the FDIC's property management division.
He received a law degree from the University of
Illinois, graduating fourth in his class and was
awarded membership in the Order of Coif. Thereafter,
he became licensed to practice law in Illinois,
Arizona and California. He is a member of the
State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association.
