JUAN PABLO SAIZ
Director of Business Development, Latin America

Juan Pablo Saiz’s responsibilities include generating new relationships with prospective clients, as well as being a liaison to existing clients. He also handles strategic planning in the area of Latin America and product and services enhancements that adapt to cultural and business rules creating international opportunities.

Before joining Concord in 1999, he was a member of the executive staff of Resort Condominiums International de Mexico (RCI of Mexico), most recently as RCI Regional Manager, Cancun, Quintana Roo and prior to this as the Account Executive for the northwest of Mexico based in Mazatlan. His responsibilities included the direction of strategic planning, training and consulting on behalf of developers, as well as the management of RCI’s resort sales and service teams.

Juan Pablo began his career in the timeshare industry 20 years ago, working for Pacifica Hotel & Resorts, where he gained experience in virtually every capacity of the timeshare business, from the front desk to marketing and sales.

He attended Universidad Intercontinental (UIC) in Mexico City, majoring in hotel administration.
