Kevin is responsible for business development of both the default collection department as well as additional loan servicing products.  The default collection department is a traditional “agency” style collection effort that has experienced more than 20% growth each of the past several years. 

Kevin brings with him a strong financial background earned at Norwest Financial, Inc. as a Branch Manager of several consumer loan offices.  His Bachelor of Arts was earned at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa.  Kevin serves on the American Resort Development Association’s Publication Committee and Management Committee as well as a featured speaker at many ARDA national and regional meetings.
