Randy is the principal architect of the software system used by Concord Servicing Corporation for receivables billing, customer service and collections for its many hundreds of projects and portfolios. As the head of Concord's information technology department since 1990, he has provided leadership and support to the company and its clients. His team of programmers and systems analysts constantly upgrade Concord's software, hardware and networks to achieve an increasingly higher level of efficiency.

Prior to Concord, he was exposed to a wide variety of applications during his seven-year tenure as the vice president of a software development company. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
