Gail's role at Concord is to work with clients, lenders and their business partners on legal documents. In addition, she advises Concord management on federal, state and local laws, trends, and developments to ensure proactive compliance.
Gail has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 1994 and has practiced in diverse environments. While in private practice, she represented numerous creditors and commercial entities in bankruptcy and litigation and authored the briefs in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision in Kaplan adv. Terran, which led to an altered interpretation of the FDCPA. After five years in private practice, Gail became an Assistant Attorney General and represented the Arizona Department of Economic Security in juvenile dependency matters.
Gail has extensive in-house experience, having served as Assistant General Counsel to a Japanese automotive supplier and Corporate Counsel to a Fortune 500 staffing company. She received her law degree from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. degree in Finance, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She is an active member of the Arizona State Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel and the Association of Collection and Credit Professionals.
