Kyle recently assumed the role of Director of Business Development for Concord’s Default Collections Department. As Director, he will continue to bring his passion for new technology, efficiency and productivity to the default department and Concord’s default clients. He will be focusing on developing marketing initiatives, new business opportunities and continue to build and maintain existing client relationships. Prior to joining Concord in 2004, Kyle worked in the areas of public accounting and sales. His proven leadership ability and thorough working knowledge of Concord’s business processes, has allowed him to progress steadily to various roles within Concord. As a Portfolio Manager, he directed the day to day operations for his clients and was instrumental in developing and implementing new technology for Concord’s internal operations and collections staff, as well as our external corporate clients. Most importantly, Kyle developed the unique ability and appreciation for building and maintaining strong client relationships and finding solutions for our clients’ business needs.
