Management

Mary-Jeanne's responsibilities include working with our clients, their lenders and others to prepare and review legal documents. She also advises and assists Concord's operations managers in understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, both state and federal. She has extensive experience in the financial services industry, including as Assistant General Counsel for a major commercial and consumer lending company. Mary-Jeanne also was responsible for corporate governance and securities law compliance for a multi-national Fortune 500 company.

She is admitted to the bar in Arizona, California and Illinois, and is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
