David has been with Concord Servicing since 2004 and currently is the Director of Operations of the Mexico City office. He actively participated in the set up of Concord's Mexico office, and is in charge of the day to day operations.
Prior to joining Concord, David was the manager of Contact Center Solutions at RCI, a division specializing in call center services for the tourist industry. He also has more than 20 years of experience in call center operations, finance, controller, audit, and accounting areas.
