Alicia is responsible for providing overall direction for all activities related to operations and customer service. She started her career with Concord in 2004 in the position of Controller/Internal Auditor. Alicia came to Concord with 15 years financial management experience in industries ranging from apparel manufacturing to charter school loan origination and servicing. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. She passed the CPA exam in the mid-90s.
