With more than 6 years of experience in the Vacation Ownership industry in Resort Sales and Services, Strategic Planning and Product Development - including responsibility in Resort Services in the Caribbean; Victor has 18 years of overall experience in Operations, Project Management and Services Sales and Delivery in companies such as Alcatel, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Telefonica B2B and Sun Microsystems.
He earned a Bachelor in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Mexico's National University with a major in Digital Systems and a Master of Science in Management in a joint program from Krannert School of Business at Purdue University and École Superieur de Commerce in Rouen, France.
