Aida's responsibilities include identifying and building new strategic opportunities for Concord Servicing, as well as establishing new relationships and supporting existing ones.

Preceding her role at Concord, Aida was Managing Director of Altius Capital, LLC with particular focus on resort and commercial real estate, and green technologies in emerging markets such as Mexico. She also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for International Home Finance & Development, LLC (IHFD), a Colorado company introducing renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, biogas and hydroelectric power to Afghanistan.

Previously, Aida served as Vice President of Strategy - Latin America for Textron Financial's Resort Finance Division and served as Director of GMAC - Residential Funding Corporation's Bi-national Loan Program. She also headed Collateral International, LLC (CI), a U.S. lender targeting the cross-border mortgage market in Mexico.

Aida has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an emphasis on international lending and product development. Specific industry experience includes business development; commercial loan underwriting; acquisition, development and construction loan origination and administration; loan workouts; management of real estate owned; risk management; cross-border lending, new mortgage product design and implementation.

Aida earned a Bachelors Degree in History and Liberal Arts from the University of Puerto Rico. She currently presides over the Board of Directors of the Boulder Youth Symphony Society.
