Sonja originally joined Concord in 1994 as a part-time collector. When she left in 1996, she was the Director of Collections. Sonja holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Communication (1995) from Arizona State University, magna cum laude and a Juris Doctorate Degree (1998) from Gonzaga University, School of Law, cum laude. Before rejoining Concord in 2008, she practiced law in the areas of civil, commercial, business and debt collection litigation and served as a substitute Professor of Law for Phoenix International School of Law, teaching Federal Civil Procedure. She is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the American Collectors Association. Sonja has been admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit, and the Arizona Supreme Court. She is presently the Vice President of the Collections Department for Concord.
