MARY-JEANNE FINCHER
Corporate Attorney

Mary-Jeanne’s responsibilities include working with our clients, their lenders and others to prepare and review legal documents. She also advises and assists Concord’s operations managers in understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, both state and federal. She has extensive experience in the financial services industry, including as assistant general counsel for a major commercial and consumer lending company, in corporate business finance and in commercial law.

She is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association.
