• Clients outsource the full suite of billing, payment processing, customer service, collections and application processing to Concord; or
• Client and Concord co-source with the Client performing its own customer service and collections by utilizing our technology in a live, real-time online environment

• Concord's system can accept payments in multiple currencies
• Interfacing available with several international banks to conduct branch deposits, credit card and debit card transactions and direct debit to bank accounts
• Concord's Internet service available in Spanish
• Client Internet access, called Concord Interlink, supports currency exchange rates
