My Account Info (MAI)
MyAccountInfo (MAI) is Concord’s consumer portal and plays an important role in helping account holders/consumers access information about their loan obligations at their convenience.In addition to account status information, the portal also offers payoff quotes, make-a-payment capability, contact updates, enrollment in Auto Pay or payment plan setup, activity review, and other valuable customer support. MAI supports various currencies, including U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Mexican Pesos transactions. Like Concord’s Interlink® platform, the multi-currency functionality is table driven and can support an unlimited set of currencies if new foreign country bank relationships are established.
MAI is typically deployed as an extension of the client’s web site – and can be customized in terms of branding and theming to ensure a smooth transition for the consumer/account holder. MAI is available in multiple languages based on the account holder/consumer’s preference.
