President & CEO
Robert Bertrand participated
in founding Concord Servicing Corporation in 1988.
From its inception, the receivables servicing
company has specialized in serving the vacation ownership
(timeshare), campground resort, fractional interest
and land development industries, and, over time,
has diversified into servicing in other industries.
Under his direction, the company
has grown to its present size and scope, becoming
a leader in the servicing industry. He offers
a strong financial background and a team-oriented
management style gained during his 30 years of
experience leading Concord, as well as serving
as president of two sizeable finance and leasing
companies.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts
from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.,
and his Master's of Business Administration from
the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
He is a trustee member of the American Resort
Development Association.
