Concord Software Leasing Corporation is the Information Technology provider to Concord Servicing Corporation (Concord) and its clients. It is responsible for developing and maintaining Concord’s technological architecture, including Interlink.net. This consists of hardware, software, database management, computer telephony integration, and the network security infrastructure necessary to operate and conduct day-to-day business.
Interlink.net provides real-time browser based access to information that is secured by firewalls and redundancy protocols. This application includes multicultural language support and cross-browser compatibility. It is deployed over the internet for Concord’s internal staff located in Scottsdale, AZ, Buffalo, NY, and Mexico City, Mexico. It is also deployed for use by many of Concord’s clients dispersed throughout North America.
Standard Features:
- Access real-time status and balance information and search, view, and notate accounts.
- Accept one-time and/or recurring bank draft and credit card payments.

- Establish two-way communication between client and Concord to conduct secure file transfers.
