Stephen joined Concord as chief financial officer in 2017, after serving on the Board of Advisors from 2012 – 2017. As CFO, he focuses on financial strategy, strategic planning, and enterprise-level resource allocation. His work enables sustainable organizational growth and contributes to Concord’s long-term stability.
Prior to joining Concord, Stephen served as senior director of global development resources at Marriott International. During his 11 years with Marriott International, he worked in a variety of corporate finance, analysis, and strategic planning roles. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he assisted clients in corporate finance and accounting engagements.
Stephen earned a Master of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. As an undergraduate student, Stephen was in the Barrett Honors College and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
